We collect only the data strictly necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

Identification and contact data: name, company, email address and telephone number you provide via the contact form.

Message data: the content of the quote requests or enquiries you send to us.

Browsing data: IP address (anonymised), device type, pages visited and duration of the visit. See the Cookies Policy for further detail.

We process your data for the following purposes and legal bases:

To respond to your requests for information or quotes and the subsequent business relationship (performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR).

To comply with applicable legal obligations in tax, accounting and commercial matters (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

To carry out aggregated statistical analysis on the use of the website in order to improve our services (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR, and user consent where required, art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We will retain your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, subsequently, for the periods legally required for the retention of commercial documentation (up to six years in accordance with the Spanish Commercial Code) or for the defence against potential claims.

Analytical browsing data will be retained in aggregated or anonymous form for a maximum of twelve months.

We do not transfer your data to third parties except where legally required. In order to provide the service, we rely on the following data processors, which offer sufficient guarantees in terms of data protection and with which Relabel has signed the corresponding processing agreement in accordance with art. 28 GDPR:

PostHog — web analytics provider. Data is processed on servers located within the European Union (EU region).

Vercel Inc. — website hosting provider.

Resend — transactional email delivery provider.

Our service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, Relabel ensures that transfers are made subject to the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, under adequacy decisions or other legally admissible mechanisms.

You may at any time exercise the rights recognised by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, known in Spain as ARCO-POL rights:

Access, Rectification, Cancellation (Erasure or the right to be forgotten), Opposition, Portability and Limitation of processing.

You may also withdraw any consent previously given at any time, without retroactive effect.

To exercise your rights, please send a signed request together with a copy of your ID or equivalent document to relabel@relabel.es, or by post to the address stated in section 1, clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe that the processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Relabel applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with art. 32 GDPR, in order to protect your data against unauthorised access, accidental or unlawful loss, alteration or destruction.

Relabel reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy in order to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, or to changes in its services. Any changes will be published on this same page, indicating the date of the last update.
