These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the «Terms») govern access to and use of the website relabel.es, owned by Relabel International Group, S.L. Mere access to the website confers the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, so we recommend that you read them carefully.

2. Purpose

The purpose of the website is to provide information about the regulatory labelling and handling services for imported beverages offered by Relabel, as well as to facilitate contact with potential customers for the preparation of quotes and the contracting of services.

3. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to use the website and its contents in accordance with the law, public morality, public order and these Terms, and shall be liable to Relabel and third parties for any damage that may result from breach of this obligation.

Use of the website for unlawful purposes, or in a way that may harm the rights and interests of third parties, or that may damage, disable, overload, impair or prevent the normal use of the website is prohibited.

Relabel may, without prior notice, deny or withdraw access to the website to any users who breach these Terms.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the website — including, by way of example and without limitation, texts, photographs, images, logos, trademarks, graphic designs, source code, structure and presentation — are owned by Relabel or its licensors, and are protected by Spanish and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the website is expressly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the owner.

5. Liability

Relabel shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, loss of profit or consequential loss, arising from the use of the website or the inability to access it for reasons beyond its control or due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure.

Although Relabel will use all reasonable means to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, it does not warrant the absence of errors or the continuity of the service, nor is it liable for any damages that may arise from the use of such information.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

For the resolution of any dispute or discrepancy that may arise from access to or use of the website, the parties expressly submit, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

9. Modification of the Terms

Relabel reserves the right to unilaterally modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the website, as well as these Terms. Changes shall take effect from the moment of their publication on the website.
